A registration is deemed complete and students are enrolled with Ho Math and Chess Learning Centre once the registration form and all registration fees are submitted and approved by administration. Places will not be held in classes until registration is complete.

Each Math and Chess session consists as a 2-hour class per week. All classes have an instructor to student ratio of 1 to 5 or less. The monthly fee is $115 dollars. All English sessions  consists as a 1-hour class per week. All classes have an instructor to student ratio of 1 to 4 or less.  The monthly fee is $75 dollars. All fees include taxes.  Special discounts are given to students that take both math and English classes. All instructors are either certified teachers, experienced tutors with at least a Bachelors degree, or specialist in their teaching subjects. All student materials (if required)  are not included in the fee. There is a one time registration fee of $15 dollars. Students are assessed (Math Ability Assessment) at the beginning of the course free of charge. 

Make-up Class:
If a student is unable to attend the class, the parent (student) is required to phone or leave a message (at least 24 hours in advance) at 604-781-0175. Unless otherwise noted, the number of absences or class changes are allowed to two in each month. No make-ups will be arranged for any absences over this limit. Make-up class will not be arranged if we are not notified at least 24 hours.

Refund or Credit:
The registration, material, and tuition fees are non-refundable.
